MemoryHome is a new platform for dementia care that brings communication and future back to the lives of people with dementia- and to their caregivers. Whereas dementia (in all its forms) all too often is linked to losing possibilities (memories, communication, ..), MemoryHome starts from what IS still possible.

MemoryHome is an integrated and blended method for good dementia care and was already tested and validated in Belgium. Now, MemoryHome is moving forward to market entry in pioneering organisations in the Netherlands.

But MemoryHome also wants to cooperate with pioneering organisations in all parts of Belgium, France and the UK.
